We offer a wide range of –single-core wires with very high mechanical strength and particularly high chemical compatibilities in accordance with the international standard for ISO 6722 automobile wires and to the various specifications of European manufacturers for temperature classes ranging from 125°C (C class) to 200°C (F class ) and for sections ranging from 0.13 mm² to 7 mm².

Our single-core wires have not only been developed to address the requirements of the private car market , but also of commercial vehicles for heavieruse (buses, trucks and HGVs).

Applications

Our single-core wiresare primarily used in the design of harnesses for the wiring of private and commercial vehicles, both in the interior, and in very high temperature zones such asengine compartments, exhaust systems and areas exposed to high thermomechanical stresses.

The reticulation of the isolation reinforces the mechanical properties regarding temperature; its production by electron bombardment ensuresthe best technical-economic trade-off for single-core wires and offers optimal safety in cable loom sizing.
This process also enables us to offer ranges that produce lighter harness weight in the vehicle.

Feature

Our single-corewires are mainly designed using 0 halogen (or low halogen) electron reticulated PE and higher-quality reticulated ETFE to meet the demands of the various specifications of European automakers:
AUDI, BMW, DAIMLER, FORD, GM-OPEL, PSA, RENAULT-NISSAN, , VOLKSWAGEN
Our offer is available in the various operating temperature classes (3000h) according to the following ISO 6722 standards:
T3 C class – 125°C/3000h
T4 D class – 150°C/ 3000h
